Heart full ❤️. These 65 kids chose to change their lives by taking a leap of faith, leaving their home high schools, and entrusting a new path at PAL. These kids have a million reasons to distrust adults and dropout of school but instead they came to us 🥹. My heart could just burst. I'm so grateful for them in my life and humbled by their stories of resilience. Long live alternative education!

Brooke started Momentum last fall just before she became pregnant with her 3rd child! Her energy, crazy strength and dedication to staying strong has been really inspiring! Her daughter arrived 3 weeks ago, healthy, strong and ready to workout at Momentum….see last photo.😉.

“I started Momentum last September, before I was pregnant, and it has helped me stay strong and consistent throughout my pregnancy. I don’t know what I would do without it! Rhea has been amazing at making workouts challenging and accessible for everyone, even an eight-month-pregnant woman like myself!

It’s a power hour where I can show up, get a great workout in with great people, and then go on with the rest of my day. I love that every workout is different, which keeps things fun and keeps me excited to come back.

Ella got married! She was without a doubt the most beautiful and radiant bride. I am so happy for her, Dave, and holling- a perfect family! And she MADE me that quilt, which is now my most prized possession. Congratulations to you two on a perfect wedding and marriage, I love you both ❤️
