A ruby red dream for my Brookie! We didn’t match her hair to the bag on purpose, it was an added bonus! ❤️❤️

As a teacher or human, this makes your day, year, life...Brooke Laxton, I love you beyond words. You are beautiful, compassionate, smart, etc. I’m honored you feel this way about me. I’ve always felt the same about you!

I’m about to teach Logan how to make an omelette (the way I like it) and use the French press for extra credit. I’m gonna need him to practice this every morning for the next month. I’ll be grading him with every delicious breakfast delivery. Rowen is learning how to twirl with her eyes closed while singing 👌 #justcallmeteach #homeschoolstartsnow #intotheunknown

Monday=Moonday ✨🌙 Shout out to my moon sister. When two souls recognize each other, the earthly bond between them becomes impenetrable by any mortal tool or measurement. I love you baby girl, in this life and every other ☯️🌓💫

When I first started my eyelash business, I was leaving a successful 13 year career in software recruiting. I knew I loved parts of recruitment, the technology, the brilliant minds, the passion behind building startups and being on the cutting edge of the industry. It was not easy to walk away, but I knew my creative brain had been in a deep hibernation for too long. And I had a daughter. I wanted her to see that it’s possible to take a hard left turn in life, without fear. It wasn’t easy. I hit some bumps in the road when I realized not everyone is in this for the same reasons I was. My first salon job left my head reeling, and had me questioning this industry and my own intent. What if it’s just about the money to everyone and I’m the fool who wanted to focus on the art of it all? Are we here to bring each other up and support our mutual passion, or rip each other down for fear of competition?
....
Fast forward. With the help of my husband we remodeled our home and created a private lash/spa room. Here, I can make it about the ART. I can make it how it’s supposed to be. I get to be the driving force behind my own vision. And through it all I gained a lash sister. I can honestly say I’ve never been happier. Friday night was spent playing with a new shipment of products, and I even busted out Miss Dolly. My overwhelming sense of gratitude and regained lust got all things creative are worth more than gold to me. And this is just the beginning! #setyourselffree #beyourownguidinglight #nurture #guide #heal #leadbyexample #fearisathief #noregrets #worthit #eyelashextensions #fridaynightlashboxparty #bossbabes #lashartist #gratitude
