Not photographed: the dozens and dozens of oysters, clams, mussels, (and lobsta!) I consumed over the last week and many other amazing memories with @acbell1 and his parents.

This photo was captured right after @acbell1 and I saw a huge stingray glide out of the water and into the air while paddle boarding. It was a beautiful moment we’ll never forget. I’m grateful for memories like this and the opportunity to recharge and reconnect. I can’t wait to see where the next adventure takes us.

A huge thank you to @sfcooking for opening their beautiful home to us yesterday for our #BakeLikeABrit tour. @jodiliano is truly changing the culinary school landscape and teaching curriculum that’s in tune with today’s food industry.

Snow day baking... I made these Parmesan Gouda Fantails from @thebakefeed in my Gold Touch mini loaf pans instead of muffin tins. Another brilliant recipe from @coopercairns.
