25 instructors. 50 days. How many can you take?

The Lineup is our first members-only challenge, and enrollment is open now in the GRIND app.

Pick your tier:
The Lineup 10: a class with 10 instructors
The Lineup 15: the first 10, plus 5 more
The Full Lineup: all 25

Any studio, North Loop or Edina. Any format, cycle, strength or restore. Nov 1 to Dec 20.

Every tier earns a prize. Finish The Lineup 10 for a GRIND sweat bag, The Lineup 15 for an embroidered GRIND beanie, and The Full Lineup for a GRIND quarter-zip plus an entry into the grand prize drawing. Aim high: fall short and you still earn the prize for the highest tier you clear.

Not a member yet? Your first two classes are free. Then join, enroll and you’re in.

Members book 14 days out, so get your hard-to-book instructors on the calendar early.

Details at the link in bio.

Three rides. Two days. Let’s go! 🚴‍♂️

Some of our Grind instructors are running the Twin Cities Marathon this weekend, so I’m jumping in to cover a few classes. Come ride with me:

⭐ Saturday, October 3: 8:15 AM Cycle at NOLO
⭐ Sunday, October 4: 8:15 AM at North Loop, then 9:30 AM at Edina

Sunday’s double header comes with a quick race across town between studios. 😅 I’d love to see you at any of the three rides!

Good luck to everyone running the marathon!
