What a fun road trip to Bentonville to see the Keith Harring exhibit @crystalbridgesmuseum The most fun part of the trip down was stopping @bucees and the Largest Candy Factory and Gift Store. @21cbentonville was perfect. Last time I went the Frank Lloyd House was just being moved to the museum grounds. We even took a class @plnkfitness at their Roger location. Can you believe we also went to a @chrislake EDM concert?

Was having too much fun at yesterday‘s Inappropriate Pool Party for @twfestivalstl to take pictures so this is the world‘s shortest real but gosh, it was a great event. So much fun! And when auctioneer Andy Arnold points at you, you better up your bid baby!

Exactly 6 years ago today, I took my very first @plnkfitness in STL 🖤

PLNK has brought me some of my favorite people on the planet, been part of some of my most meaningful seasons of life, and given me the privilege of instructing some pretty incredible humans along the way.

I’m still so grateful to be here. Happy 10 years to my home away from home. Thanks for shaping me into a better version of myself, I can’t wait to see where we’ll be in the next 10✨

Ten years ago, PLNK started with one studio and one big vision. 🖤

Today, we’re celebrating thousands of classes, countless milestones, and a community that’s made every step of the journey worth it.

What started as one studio became so much more than that.

It’s the first classes.
The friendships that started on a Mega.
The instructors who became family.
The mirror selfies.
The milestone photos.
The members who walked in looking for a workout and found empowerment instead.

Every class taught.
Every team member.
Every client.
Every new studio.
Every single one of you has helped shape PLNK into what it is today.

Thank you for trusting us with your time, your strength, your goals, and your stories.

Join us today as we kick off PLNK YOU | TEN: 10 days dedicated to celebrating where we’ve been, where we’re going, and the incredible humans who have been with us every step of the way.

Here’s to the last 10 years.
And here’s to the next.

It’s not a competition; “the perfect Valentine” …

However. If it were (a competition) and if a prize for the perfect expression of one’s devoirs were to be won, then I do believe this one takes the cake. Flourless. Chocolate, of course. FLOVE you. Amor Fati.

- brookemeek “Eleven years ago I had an idea to bring this little thing called Lagree to my hometown... ittle dia | know how that journey would inspire and chart a path for so many others as well. How setting the goal to open studios in other cities, to train and develop hundreds of instructors and to cheer on thousands of clients would cause millions of goals to be set and crushed along the way. It is an honor that I get to be witness and take part in so many of them through PLNK” -B.M.
