Came home for Melb summer ☀️, left with an apartment and a significant amount of debt 🏡 #officiallyahomeowner 🍾

Apartment keys, sweaty workouts, rooftop catchups, spicy margaritas, beach days, dog cuddles, concerts and one too many trips to Bunnings 🤣 wouldn’t have had it any other way 🙂‍↔️

Now we are back to Bali to hustle, build and grow 🌴 #excitingthingsinthemaking ✨#watchthisspace👀

I never posted this video because the perfectionist in me didn’t like it… But that’s not what this page is about and it’s definitely not what growth looks like.

This was a year and a half ago, crossing the finish line of my first ever half marathon with my best friend 🤩

What people didn’t see was the prep behind it - training while travelling through Japan and India, navigating long days, unfamiliar environments, zero routine… all while going through a four-year breakup and moving back to Melbourne after living overseas for 19months 🫠

It wasn’t perfect.
It wasn’t aesthetic.
But I stayed consistent.
I trained anyway.
I made it work.

This race taught me what consistency really looks like:
Not motivation.
Not perfection.
But showing up when life feels heavy… and choosing yourself anyway.

Since then, life has taken me across countries (again), into new sports, new teams, new challenges - Hyrox, AFL Asia and now CrossFit - but one thing hasn’t changed…

I keep showing up.

And I’ll keep showing up next year too - Half Marathon (sub-2 hours 👀), more Hyrox events, and my first ever CrossFit Open 💪

If you’re reading this, let it be your reminder:
You don’t get stronger by being perfect - you get stronger by being consistent.

That’s the 1% Difference.

What are you committing to next year? Drop in the comments below or DM me EVOLVE if you’re ready to start showing up for your future self 🤝
