Three pool videos from today. First one shows how strong Bo’s core is. Pulling into a crunch and then popping back upright without any assistance!
Second one shows how far he’s come in the pool in just a few weeks. We are asking Bo to push off and he is getting quicker and stronger every week. I was trying to give him resistance to make sure he was pushing as hard as possible.
Last one is asking him a lot. But we’ll keep trying. We all could feel his muscles activating as he tries to stand up and hold his body up. He’ll get it one day.
And you have to love the teamwork! Great job all around!

Pool day!

Not only was Bo able to move his arms when prompted, but he also pushed off with his legs quite a few times. Showing progress week to week.

He is literally shaking he is trying so hard to get his arms to do what he wants!

We had a full house and it warms our hearts 💕. Bo spent 30 minutes in his home gym riding his bike and capped off a great day with a personal best (measured by how much power he put into the pedaling). Another one percent bettertoday. And makes his dad very proud. #bolieve #boknows #nolimitsperspective #comeback #faithoverfear🙏🏽❤️
