Why do athletes need mobility? 🏈⚽️

Mobility training alongside strength work can help athletes move better, perform better, and recover more effectively.

Injury Risk ⬇️
When you lack the mobility to access a position, neighboring joints and tissues may compensate, increasing stress on the body.

Better Force Transfer 💥
Moving through the right range of motion without unnecessary compensation allows you to transfer force more efficiently throughout the body.

Improved Recovery 🔄
Mobility work can be a great active recovery tool, especially during the season. Light movement and stretching can help increase blood flow and reduce feelings of stiffness.

You don’t need hours of mobility work. Just 10 minutes a day can make a difference in how you move, recover, and perform when you step onto the field or court.
