3 Reasons to Train MORE SLOW GROUND BALLS 👉🏽

We have space in both our advanced and foundational defense clinics this week and next if you’re up for the challenge 😉🥎

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Slow ground balls aren’t “too easy” in fact it’s often the other way around - be a player that takes them seriously and really elevates these 3 key areas to keep improving overall

To sign up for our defense clinics see the link in our bio! 🔗

🚨NEW INSTRUCTOR🚨 We are excited to welcome @brooklyncplitz to the crew! Availability will be posted soon - slappers, lefties, outies, girls looking to be around a good role model who is still living the game - she’s your girl!

Brooklyn just finished her junior year and had a great year - she joined the 100 career hit club early in the season, made Second team All Horizon League, and was second on the team for Batting average hitting .390 in the lead off spot this year.

Watch MINDBODY & our stories for her upcoming openings
