in the 2026 model of @brooklynfirerecs, one of our prized discoveries is @djswankchicago. he creates a syrupy take on Chicago House Music & slow & low, that is the tempo. much more to come from him this year including some collabs w/ myself & others. cleanse your ears from the same old same old, & dive deep down w/ Dj Swank.

*thanks to @thedjred for Junior A&R on this one 🔥

🔥Brooklyn🔥Fire🔥Is🔥Back🔥
it’s been a while but we are back w/ a full schedule of family & friends that we love. this first one, re1eased t0day is a fitting tribute to the fallen. Philipp of M.A.N.D.Y. was a real one. I met him in Chicago when he was working in major label A&R, long before his journey into Dance Music. my friend @djchrisholmes was producing a band of his & we showed him was Chicago was all about. a full on Breaks assault, this is pure power & gives us the ‘90s Rave vibes. $tream1ng on all p1atforms n0w.

once again, I found more chaotic photos from @wintermusicconference 2002. this was my party on Ocean Drive in the lobby of some hotel who deeply regretted letting us in. @adultperiod @ectomorphit @selwaymusic & more gave South Beach an “Electroclash” beat down. funny thing was all the artists I just mentioned were making the proper Electro I was playing long before the campy stuff. I DJ’ed but I also played live as Tommie Sunshine & Science (@djchrisholmes) singing an original & a cover of @thecrampsofficial - New Kind Of Kick. the next day we performed live again at the @gigolo_records party at a strip club, jumping in for @misskittinofficial who didn’t make it into the country. as we fire up the bouncy castle once again, your presence is requested. 🗽🔥

there may not be a billion dollar EDM business to trade on the stock exchange, but the anti-establishment underground subculture will thrive & people will DANCE‼️

a fresh start for @brooklynfirerecs in 2026, @iamondeck & @lapropermusic come in 🔥🔥🔥 for the two six. I love this tune & you may well recognize that vocal. thankfully it remains royalty free & it’s now a club banger to drop when the walls are sweating. you know where to find it. play that shit & play it LOUD…
