yesterday, i got into mt sinai for my 24 hour observation period following a large dose of epcoritamab , a drug injection i get every week as part of my treatment. everything was going really smoothly until this morning when i woke up feeling sick. it quickly got worse, i had a fever, body aches, chills and felt really weak. the nurse told me young ppl always have a reaction bc our immune system is healthier and fights this incoming drug (which is fighting the cancer). she said about the side effects "hit you like a truck" oh and it sure DID. im now doing much better because of the drugs they've given me. just another reminder that i have to take it easy and slow down. here for another night which wasnt the plan but life will always change up on you! #lynnphoma #cancer #lymphoma #bald #treatment
