POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I love seeing an idea come to life. It starts in a meeting. “What if we did this?” Then the idea starts becoming real. We develop the story. Find the right people. Plan the shoot. Capture it. Edit it. Build all the pieces around it. And eventually, we hand it off. One of the strange parts of what I do is that I don’t always get to see what happens next. I know the work gets used. I hear about the results. But it’s rare that I actually get to stand there and watch something we created work in real time. Today, I got to. Sundays give me that opportunity with my church clients more than almost anywhere else. To sit in the room and see something that started as a conversation months ago finally become part of the experience. People seeing it. Engaging with it. Connecting with the story. That part never gets old. Because at the end of the day, I don’t just love making things. I love seeing my clients win. That’s the whole point. #YourStoryMyMission

#GraciaYFundamento #BrooksideChurch #MisionEEUU2026 — Today we want to return to Brookside Church to listen, this time from the voice of its pastors, what the time we shared together meant. During our stay we had the opportunity to serve, worship, share the Gospel, work with children and families and, above all, walk with a community that received us with great affection. In this reel, the shepherds of Brookside share part of their impressions about the work done by our missionaries and the mark left by this experience. For us, listening to his words also confirms something that we deeply believe as Fundación Gracia & Fundamento: the mission does not end when an activity ends; it continues in the relationships that are built and in the seeds that are planted. ▶️ Give him play and know, from his own words, part of what this mission meant.

As we concluded our study, “What the Women Saw” by Jennie Allen, our group came together for an in-person session to fellowship with our very own “The Gathering Farmers Market.” I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have spent the evening with them. We ate, had some great discussions, and, of course, “shopped!” But let me tell you, our farmers market was a little extra special because our church service this morning was based on “The Church Gathering” and the ways we can Glorify God. Here are the 5 Ways to Glorify God: 1. The Gospel Carries the Power 1 Corinthians 2:1–5 2. God’s Word Moves Hearts It has the power to transform. You can read more in Acts 2. 3. The Church Is Family Acts 2:42–47 — Devote yourselves to the practices of Bible study, meals, and fellowship. 4. We Never Get Over Grace Ephesians 2:8–9 5. We Always Save Seats That means inviting friends and family to church and saving them a seat. Read more in Luke 19 and Luke 15. What a beautiful way to end our study gathering together, fellowshipping, sharing, and growing in God’s Word

Fun night for a shoot. Even more fun when you stumble across a spot like this hidden in the woods. One thing people underestimate when creating video content? Location matters. The right location adds context. It adds emotion. It reinforces the story you’re trying to tell before a single word is spoken. The wrong location can make even a great message feel flat. Every detail is telling a story. That’s why we spend time looking for the right backdrop, the right light, and the right environment. Because location isn’t just where you film. It’s part of the story. Don’t just make content. Make story. #YourStoryMyMission #StoryDriven #VideoProduction #BrandStorytelling #ContentMarketing

Sometimes the best creative direction starts with a simple question: “How do we show an idea… without saying it the obvious way?” For this piece with Brookside Church, we wanted to capture the heart behind breaking the cycle. Not with the old corporate “row of matches catching fire” visual from a 1997 office hallway poster. We wanted it to feel human. Intentional. A little dangerous. A little beautiful. So we built something around candlelight, tension, and flame. Because cycles don’t usually break in loud cinematic moments. Most of the time they break quietly. One decision. One family. One person willing to carry a different fire forward. And honestly… this project was just ridiculously fun to make because… fire. This is the kind of storytelling I love: Taking an abstract idea and turning it into something people can feel. That’s where story starts to stick. If your organization is trying to communicate something meaningful, don’t settle for the first visual metaphor everyone else uses. Push deeper. Find the human angle. Make people feel it. Your Story. My Mission. #yourstorymymission #StoryDriven #BrandStorytelling #StoryMatters #StoryLeadership

A little behind the scenes look at a project for my client @brooksidechurch_ The little kid in me still thinks “controlled fire” is the highest form of art direction. 🔥 No buildings were burnt down on this one. This project has been such a fun one to build. There’s something wild about watching an idea go from sketch… to setup… to smoke, sparks, light, and story. Super excited to see this one come together. Can’t wait to show you the final piece. #yourstorymymission #StoryDriven #BrandStorytelling #StoryMatters #StoryLeadership

A lot of people announce their next big thing like they’re reading patch notes. New logo. New building. New launch. New service. New vision. Details. Features. Numbers. But people don’t move because of information. They move because they can see themselves inside the story. When I was on staff at Brookside Church, we were launching a campaign to raise money for a major new project. And pretty early on, we realized something important: If all we did was explain what we were building… people would understand it. But if we showed them who it would change… people would feel it. So instead of only talking about square footage, budgets, timelines, and giving goals, we started telling stories. Stories of people who had already been impacted. Stories of people who would be impacted. Stories that gave the future a face instead of just a fundraising target. Because nobody wakes up excited to fund drywall and floorplans. They get excited about: The kid who finally feels seen. The family that finds community. The person whose life changes because someone created space for them to walk into. That’s the part most organizations miss online right now. They announce. They inform. They post updates. …but they never translate the thing into human impact. Don’t just tell people what’s coming. Show them how it changes a life. Show them how it changes their life. Show them the story living on the other side of the announcement. That’s what people remember. That’s what builds trust. That’s what moves people to act. Your story. My mission. #yourstorymymission #StoryDriven #BrandStorytelling #StoryMatters #StoryLeadership

Really grateful for these words from Rob Hockney at Brookside. When we started working together, the goal wasn’t simply to create content. The goal was to help communicate the heart of the mission in a way people could understand, feel, and respond to. That’s always the aim of great storytelling. Not just videos. Not just production. But meaningful stories that help organizations move people forward. This is why I love doing documentary style brand video work. Real people. Real vision. Real impact. Thanks for the trust, Rob. #yourstorymymission #StoryDriven #BrandStorytelling #StoryMatters #StoryLeadership AuthenticStorytelling HumanStories StoriesThatMatter StoriesWithPurpose
