💛 LOCAL LOVE 💛

A little self care? Yes, please! 🧖‍♀️✨

The Grove Spa in Brookside is an absolute dream! Beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to escape for a little pampering. And good news, they now have a second location at Mission Farms! 🙌

Steph recently had what she says was the BEST facial of her life there, so you know we had to share!

If you’ve been looking for an excuse to treat yourself, consider this your sign 💆‍♀️💕

Have you been?!

🚧 ❤️🚧Friends! Once again, we are dealing with lots of construction in front of our shop. This time, it’s in @brooksidekansascity ! We would LOVE your support online while we weather this storm which is going to end up so beautifully with a gorgeous new trolly trail running/biking/hiking trail and new parking spots. In the meantime, use code SUPPORT for 15% off all online and pick up orders 🚧❤️🚧

Well Kansas City - it’s that time of year for all things Halloween and it’s ALWAYS the time of year to find free activities, if you ask me.

Tori and I have pulled together some fun and FREE Halloween activities to enjoy in the KC area.

Be sure to follow @KCCoolMom and @MidwestMagicMama for more happenings around Kansas City this Fall into the holiday season.

Any upcoming Halloween activities we missed? Drop them below so we can add them to our list!

We did it. A decade of design, risks, challenges (not pictured), hard work, teamwork, and community. It’s never easy, but always worth it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the support and encouragement over the years and for coming out to celebrate with us last weekend. We are blown away by y’all and are inspired to go another 10🐎🤠🤘🏼

✨Jewelry for the Journey ✨

It’s no secret I love @sierrawinterjewelry. I invest in SWJ pieces for quality and creativity. I don’t have jewelry that I wear for different occasions — I wear her pieces with a tee-shirt or out to KC Fashion Week. It’s multipurpose, layered and fun.

And I have to share … her new Joy Ride collection is SO good. I chose the Free Spirit necklace in the new mother-of-pearl. (gifted) But I also made a little Christmas list if you’re looking for a gift idea for me, @dfieleke . 😉

Joy Ride is a little lucky, a little wild, perfect for layering and made for wherever the road takes you.

Brookside girls support Brookside girls. 💕✨

October is Women’s Small Business Month, and if you needed another reason to shop Brookside Plaza… here it is.

SO many of the shops you know and love here are owned and run by women: women taking risks, creating jobs, building brands, raising families, chasing big ideas and making @brooksidekansascity pretty darn special. 💪

So when you shop with us, you’re not just supporting one woman-owned business… you’re supporting us all.

Grab your girlfriends. Get a coffee. Wander the Plaza. Buy the cute thing. 💐🛍️

Because women supporting women will never go out of style. 💕

There’s a lot to love about our Brookside - the homes, the shops, the tree-lined streets.

But the best part? The people who make it feel like home.

Happy Good Neighbor Day to the neighbors who make this community what it is.
