This little girl has no idea just how many people are waiting to love her. She’ll be our precious wildflower. 🌸 I had so much fun planning this one. Thank you to our friends and family who came to shower her in love, gifts and support for Brooks and Capris as they welcome her into our world.

Thank you @michelle_m_kelsch for the invitation to reset, recharge, and reconnect with myself while experiencing the @movarafitnessresort magic. It was a beautiful way to begin a new year - I feel renewed, centered, strong, and ready to receive all the goodness that 2026 has to offer.

I had the best week connecting with friends - old and new, while stepping outside my comfort zone.  Have you heard of Movara? If you have questions, ask me! To be honest, I was really nervous before I left but I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. I would recommend it to anyone!

St George locals! My favorite time of the week (of course) was spent in the spa and boutique @styledbymovara - The best massages, facials and… retail therapy!

At first glance, 2025 was a year of change and learning to persevere — and if I’m being honest, I’ve thought it wasn’t my favorite.

But looking back through my photos, I see how much beauty was lived in these last twelve months.

A wedding, time with our kids and grandbabies, traveling to paradise, turning 50, celebrating 30 years with Bevan — and all the simple, quiet, mostly mundane moments in between.

This new phase of life is still unfolding. And while I’m ready to gently close the door on 2025, I can see now what a truly beautiful gift it has been. One I am deeply grateful for.

Thank you 2025, for reminding me what matters most.

Could have spent the weekend pushing for bigger sales numbers, but spent it here instead ♥️ Worth it! I love our beautiful family, and any time I get with them in the best currency in the world.

We missed our Lyss, Tim, Bea and Axl so much.

I was too busy enjoying myself to capture as much of it as I wanted too, but the memories and laughs will forever be in my heart.

Thank you @movarafitnessresort for hosting us for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Can’t wait to share what we’ve been cooking up for January 4th! It’s going to be the best kickoff to 2026!

Tomorrow I say goodbye to the best decade of my life. Thank you, 40’s — for 3 high school graduates, 2 amazing son-in-laws, 1 beautiful daughter-in-law, 4 sweet grandbabies, the birth of a company that changed my life, friendships that mean everything, life-changing travels, lots of football, fun awards — the love of my life by my side through it all and always… really, really good food and more than my share of Diet Coke.  Now, 50’s — it’s your turn. I can’t wait to see what beauty you’ll bring with you.

The nights I rocked you to sleep,

and up into the stands
on Friday nights.

Each step we take now
carries a thousand others —
tiny feet on the kitchen floor,

and all the new shoes you could always talk me into
with a simple hug
and sly smile.

Now you’re here.
A man beginning a new life,
and I’m still learning
how to hold on and let go

A moment for my handsome boy, the groom. 🫶🏼
@garthcustom suits were perfection for my boys on @brookswilde_24 wedding day. Jameson is so great to work with and thinks of every detail, down to the custom messages sewn inside.
Each piece of Brooks’ and Bevan’s wedding attire was custom, including the white shirts and tie. The quality and experience was worth every penny … and I was shocked when their suits were just a few hundred dollars more than you’d pay at the department store. We won’t buy a suit anywhere else now.
