BROOMFIELD'S OF HOLT - STOCKIST SPOTLIGHT

Stocked at Broomfield's of Holt, Worcestershire 🐔

Set in the rolling hills near Worcester, Broomfield's has been built over decades by a family who farm the land themselves. They grow their own fruit in the orchards out back and everything else comes from a network of Worcestershire farmers they've known for years, many of them old friends of the family.

It's the butchery that tells you who they are. Rare breeds, locally reared, sourced from independent farmers who get paid fairly. As they put it themselves, they treat others how they'd like to be treated, being farmers themselves.

That's why our birds are on their counter. Two family farms, a few hundred miles apart, doing things the same way.

Farm shop, butchery, deli, Farm Kitchen and country store all under one roof. If you're anywhere near Worcester, it's worth the detour.

@broomfieldsofholt farm shop & kitchen 🧡

A little gem that’s well worth the trip ✨

We stopped by Broomfield of Holts Farm Shop & Kitchen which is a family run farm shop and instantly fell in love with how cosy and welcoming it felt. The staff were so friendly and made the whole experience even better.

We both went for the French toast, with hash browns on the side of course and freshly squeezed orange juice and omg, heavenly 🤤 Everything was made with locally sourced ingredients, definitely left feeling a bit too full...

But despite that, we couldn’t resist a browse around the farm shop and left with far more baked goods than planned. There was so much choice, it would have been rude not to!

If you’re looking for a lovely spot for a day out or breakfast/lunch this is one to add to the list. There’s a beautiful orchard garden area that you can dine outside in or take a stroll through and it’s dog friendly too! 🐶

Had such a lovely visit here 🤩

The food was really fresh and tasty, and the café had a lovely selection of cakes and pastries on display too. The interior was really pretty and cosy, with plenty of space to sit both indoors and outdoors.

There’s also so much more to have a look around, including the farm shop stocked with fresh fruit & veg, crisps, jams and lots of other goodies. They also have a butchery, deli, country & garden store and the cutest little gift shop filled with mugs and lots of lovely arty bits 🥐🌿🛍️

Such a lovely place to spend a few hours, with plenty to eat, browse and discover.

Definitely a 10/10 from me and somewhere I’d recommend visiting — I’ll definitely be returning!

Thank you so much for the invite ✨

Planning your wedding shouldn’t be a huge and stressful task!
Imagine if you could get the majority of it done sitting in nice cafes over coffee or brunch?! 🥐☕️

That’s basically my idea of heaven…

When couples book me as a wedding planner I promise them it’s going to be as simple and satisfying as possible, so if we can get most of our work done like this… why wouldn’t we?!

Those who book me as an on-the-day co-ordinator also get a little catchup meeting as standard. Sometimes that’s a site visit at the venue, sometimes it’s a home visit for their marquee wedding. Most of the time, it’s a chat over coffee with our notepads to get us up to speed.

Not booking a planner or co-ordinator?
Doesn’t it sound ideal to be able to meet with one just for an hour or two to check that everything is on track and pick their brains for a while?!

And when you do, it will look something like this…
One of my favourite local coffee shops, ordering brunch or a slice of cake, then locking in and smashing out a solid plan for your day.

A dreamy job for me, the perfect planning session for you, and supporting a local business in the process. It’s win, win, win! And fits right in with our ethos of shopping small, supporting Worcestershire businesses, and keeping things as cosy and chaos-free as possible 💕✨

You can book a brunch meeting now via our Calendly.
Or enquire about planning & coordinating via our website!

Dog Friendly Spotlight: Broomfields of Holt, Worcestershire 🐾🍳

We popped over to @broomfieldsofholt for brunch, and it gets a huge paws-up from us! Robin was welcomed with open arms, and the food was top tier.

The Dog-Friendly Lowdown:

Restaurant & Outdoors: Fully dog friendly! The restaurant area is wonderfully spacious with airy high ceilings and plenty of room between tables, making it ideal for big dogs like Robin to stretch out for a mid-brunch snooze.

The Atmosphere: Super relaxed and friendly staff, delicious cooked breakfasts, loaded tater tots, and a bakery display that Robin eyed up very carefully. 🤤🎂

Useful Tip: Dogs are warmly welcomed inside the restaurant and across the outdoor seating area, but the farm shop section itself is strictly no-dogs, so you'll need to swap leash duties if you want to pop in for fresh produce.

Swipe through to see Robin supervising the cake selection versus Robin completely giving up and sleeping on the floor! 😂💤
