UnBRUNCH

Where do I start?
1st thank you to everyone for showing up and believing in me! Y’all came through! Thank you to everyone that helped, played a part, encouraged, supported etc!
It was in fact a whole entire VIBE!
Y’all assisted in making it that happen from enjoying the food, dancing, making new friends and more.

This event was an Amazing learning experience with a few hiccups! I’m not going to lie and say it was perfect. But for my very 1st event of its kind, I did pretty damn good. Y’all, I didn’t know what I was doing at all. I learned so much about myself, event planning, others and so much more! I tested and created so many recipes I almost lost my mind. I did have to make a few ppl happy after the event with some bonus eats and they absolutely enjoyed it!

Some major and minor adjustments will be made so the next event will be on point in every way!

The question I keep getting asked is “So when is the next one”
Well, I’m still looking for the right venue w/ a kitchen that is reasonably priced and not to far.
Accepting suggestions on locations.

Dallas needed something DIFFERENT… and Chef Ashley delivered 😭✨

Last night was the kickoff of The UnBrunch and baby when I tell y’all the vibes were THERE 👏🏾

Good food.
Good drinks.
Beautiful people.
A DJ actually DJ’ing.
AND live entertainment that had us singing right along 🎶

What I loved most is that this wasn’t your typical brunch + hookah situation. Chef Ashley created an experience — something that felt intentional, grown, fun, and refreshing for the city.

And let’s talk about the food because whew… EVERY plate I saw looked good 😭🔥

Big congratulations to Chef Ashley on the launch of something beautiful. Dallas definitely needed this energy and I can’t wait to see what’s next ✨

The UNBRUNCH Experience

@chefashleydulce invited me to a preview of her @theunbrunchexperience happening on May 24th. We tasted six samples all of which were flavorful and delicious. My favorite overall was definitely the steak and eggs which was a spiced devil eggs with braised short ribs! She even had some fancy hashbrowns that one had layers to them and were crispy on top!

UnBrunch is for those looking for a different brunch experience as this will be a chill relaxed vibe with curated R&B music by DJ Saturn, and the the rooftop views are breathtaking especially during sunset.

🍽️Bites Sampled:
Charcuterie Style Salad
Steak & Eggs
Fancy Hashbrowns
Shrimp & Grits
Crawfish Beinget
Roasted Raspberry & Smoked Mascarpone Ice cream

🎟️ :$70
🗓️: May 24th
⏱️ : 6pm
📍: Private Rooftop ( Address sent 72hrs before)

First of all thank you @dezi5 and @dallasentertainmentawards for this amazing opportunity!!!

Thank you to the spirit committee for making every Monday night in 2025 come to life. Each one of you played a huge role on making the community what it is.

I’m beyond honored to be presenting both Best New Artist and Artist of the Year at the Dallas Entertainment Awards! On top of that, being nominated for best open mic. This night celebrates so much talent. I highly encourage everyone to attend whether you were nominated or not. You still worked really hard this year and we all wanna hug you!

Let’s celebrate community!
