Parasound’s structure process last summer for @all_terrain_training at @whitechapelgallery in collaboration with architect @daryanknoblauch

After some talks with Daryan about the show I was planning and the narrative I wanted to communicate with space, we arrived at this technical structure enabling a physical divide that isolates the individual dancers and framed the performances activity and identity.

The fabric partitions supplied by @coteetciel converted the space into these modular incubation segments. Eventually they open up enabling and reflecting the amount of data being taken on by the beings previously segregated.

Big thank you to my brother @jeez_louiese and the Whitechapel team for the hard work bringing the structure to life in the space! @lukethomasedwards @chrisrabbitartt @billystanley12 @holstmakesmusic @hannahmaewoods

It’s the opening chapter of NOAM XXIe Siècle, a global art programme focussing on performing arts.

Soft Shell had its first public moment on Wednesday night. Inside the Serpentine Pavilion, six dancers moved through Izaak Brandt’s choreography while his bronze sculptures held the room around them. Hardness and softness, side by side. More to follow.

Thank you to Izaak Brandt, the Serpentine and everyone who joined us.

Snippets from Wednesday’s exclusive sharing of my new body of work at @serpentineuk @lanzaatelier Pavilion. Thank you to @noam_official for believing in my work and facilitating this incredible evening. I’ve had an extremely challenging year+ due to health issues. This felt truly a part of my healing journey.

Thank you to everyone who gave me and my work attention, focus and room to express.

One week of movement, exploration and connection distilled into one final video clip 🎬

Led and choreographed by Arran Green & Megan Bader, The Meeting Place brought together students and professional dancers from different backgrounds and generations for a week-long contemporary dance workshop.

Across the week, ideas were tested, movements exchanged and connections built. This clip is the final expression of that shared process.

Different journeys. One shared space. Connected through movement.

This is The Meeting Place 🙏🏽
