Downward-growing lashes ≠ bigger shield.

When working with downward-growing lashes, reaching straight for a dramatic shield can actually create a harsh grow-out, especially when the lashes are long.

For this set, I used the 3X XL Hybrid Shield to create enough space from the root, giving a softer, more seamless grow-out while still considering the length and direction of the natural lashes.

The goal wasn’t simply to create the biggest lift possible. It was to create a lift that works with the natural lash.

• Enough space from the root
• Soft, controlled lift
• No lashes hitting the brow bone
• No bending back into the crease as they grow out
• A result that looks beautiful throughout the full lash cycle

Remember: shield choice should be based on the natural lash - not the lift you’re trying to force.

WHY DO BROW LAMINATIONS & LASH LIFTS LAST FOR WEEKS? 👀

It all comes down to the disulphide bonds within the hair.

The lifting/perm solution temporarily breaks down these bonds, allowing you to reshape and redirect the hair.

The neutralising stage then helps re-form those bonds in their new position which is what allows the brows or lashes to hold their new shape.

But remember, the result isn’t permanent. The hair continues through its natural growth cycle, so the effect gradually grows out.

Understanding the science behind the treatment helps you understand why processing times, hair condition and product choice matter so much. 🤍

Don’t just learn the steps. Learn WHY they work.

The top reason why I never edit, airbrush or Facetune my client transformations is simple..

I believe in showing the TRUE result. 🤍

If my client has a little redness after waxing, I’m not going to edit it away.

Because waxing redness is completely normal. Everyone’s skin reacts differently, some clients may be a little pink immediately after, while others barely show any redness at all.

And I think it’s important to show that.

When you’re looking at brow transformations online, it’s easy to assume that every client leaves with perfectly smooth, untouched skin and zero redness.

That’s not always reality.

I want my work to show exactly what you can expect from a real brow appointment, beautiful brows, on real skin.

No filters. No airbrushing. No pretending. Just the actual result. ✨

Because real skin is normal. 🤍

There is SO much more to Hybrid Dye than just applying a tint. 👀

The prep.
The custom colouring.
Finding the products that actually work for you and your clients.

And honestly? It can be exhausting. 😵‍💫

Then you’ve got the formulas…

Cream dye?
Gel dye?
Liquid dye?

There are SO many amazing options in the brow industry, and the truth is it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I have products in my kit that work beautifully for some clients.. and absolutely do NOT work for others.

That’s why I truly believe in having multiple options available in your kit. You need to understand what to reach for, when to use it and why.

And I already know what you’re thinking..

“But Chloe, I can’t afford to waste money trying every single product just to find out what’s actually good.” 👀

I’ve got you covered.

This is exactly the kind of thing we’re diving into inside The Brow Business Society, helping you make better product choices, understand your options and stop wasting money figuring it all out alone.

Because becoming a better brow tech isn’t just about learning another treatment.

It’s about understanding WHY you’re doing what you’re doing. 🤍🪐

The Brow Business Society is almost here…

Keep your eyes peeled. 👀
