Started in Naples to visit our friends at NABOR, thank you Jeanette O’Neill for the warm reception…fun planning some classes out for 2027 to support our Realtor family there. Then caught the inaugural ROI Power Groups meeting in Southwest Florida with my good friend Gabe Kutlin in Fort Myers (if you haven’t checked out Networking Beast or ROI Power Groups, do it). Proud to have been part of the Miami Association of REALTORS® Broward Condo Summit and a panel focused on a critical question for South Florida real estate: what happens when conventional condo financing doesn’t work? We discussed FHA, VA, Non-QM, single-unit approvals, special assessments, reverse mortgages, and why getting the lender involved early can make all the difference. One of the biggest takeaways: FHA is not a lesser loan, and condo approval can open the door to a much larger pool of qualified buyers. For REALTORS®, associations, and lenders, the message is simple: don’t assume a project is unfinanceable. Get the information, ask the questions, and work with people who understand the options. Today was one of those moments I’ll never forget. Every year I attend the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals Annual Convention @our_famp to learn, grow, and become a better leader. Over the last several years, I’ve made a commitment to focus on mindset, personal growth, and building a company that serves people the right way. Today, I was completely surprised and incredibly honored to be recognized as the 2026 Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals Broker of the Year. 🏆 This award has my name on it, but it belongs to my entire team at @clearchoicelending Nothing we’ve accomplished happens because of one person. It happens because of a team that shows up every day, believes in our vision, cares deeply about our clients, and continues to raise the standard of what a mortgage experience should be. Year after year we’ve continued to grow more than 25% annually and that growth is the result of consistency, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to getting better every single day.
