This post has been a long time coming… but I’m finally sharing just how much joining Greek Life this past spring has meant to me! Becoming a sister of the Sigma Theta chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi here at Sam Houston State has been one of the sweetest and most transformative blessings in my college journey.

From the moment I met my Big…Faith, I felt truly welcomed and supported. She’s such a gorgeous soul inside and out, and I’m so thankful for the warmth, encouragement, and love she’s shown me from day one. She’s helped me see just how special this sisterhood really is.

Initiation was an unforgettable moment, full of emotion, pride, and an overwhelming sense of belonging. It’s something I’ll never forget, and I’m so proud to now wear my letters with confidence and love.

I also feel incredibly grateful to be surrounded by the amazing Spring 2025 New Member class. These girls have brought so much light into my life, and it’s been such a joy building closer relationships with them. They’ve made this experience even more meaningful, comforting, empowering, and so full of fun.

These photos capture just a few of the sweet moments, from our pinning ceremony to sisterhood events, but the true heart of this journey lives in the late-night talks, the laughter, and the unbreakable bonds we’re building every day.

Sisterhood looks good on me, and I’m so thankful to call Sigma Theta MY HOME!! Forever grateful. Forever AOII. 🐼❤️

🏐 Spike Out Arthritis 2025 💙✨

Thank you to all the fraternities who came out and participated! Your support for our chapter and the Arthritis Foundation means the world to us.

A huge congratulations to @shsufiji for taking home the championship! 🏆🔥 We loved seeing the energy, sportsmanship, and dedication on the court.

Special shoutout to our amazing sister @llayla.nicoleee11 for planning this event, and to @infante.kassie and @madi.fayth06 for jumping in and playing in the tournament! Y’all crushed it! ❤️🐼 We’re so grateful for everyone who made this event so special! 💪 #SpikeOutArthritis #AOIILovesPhilanthropy #FijiForTheWin
