Engineering the next generation of female athletes ➡️ Stronger physically 💪🏼 Tougher mentally 🧠

Launched our first Mind Gym session earlier this week. It’s extra special seeing our older girls step up and rock it leading their first small groups!

Special shoutout to @heatherlazarides for the intro to this book SO MANY years ago!

Im excited to introduce myself as we kick off another incredible season! My name is McKenna Brown; Volleyball Club Director and Head Coach, and volleyball has been a lifelong passion of mine. I began my journey at Windsor High School, where I played on the Varsity volleyball and soccer teams. During my Club year I played for Elite 15-18 Gold. After high school, I was fortunate to earn a full scholarship to play volleyball at Southwestern Illinois College, which helped fuel my love for the game even more.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes at many different levels, including serving as head coach for the Millstadt Middle School 7th and 8th grade teams, head coach of the Northwest High School freshman team, and assistant coach for their varsity squad. My club coaching experience includes time with H2, followed by three amazing years with Skye Sports Academy.

Last year was my first year stepping into the role of Director, and I’m so excited to continue building on that experience and seeing what this new year will bring! I’m passionate about developing not only skilled volleyball players but also confident, hardworking, and respectful individuals.

I look forward to meeting all of you, supporting our athletes, and making this a fantastic season together. Let’s get to work!
