Food and Wine pairing for the weekend?

- We recommend the classic Lamb Chops 🥩, garnished with a cauliflower purée, paired with the delectable @weingut_mama Zweigelt, a chilled red which allows the Lamb to shine 🍷

- Fancy some? 🌶️ 🥵 Try the spicy Jollof arancini with a glass of @brownestate dry Muscat Rosé

- For our lovers of Seafood 🐟, Sea Bass & butter beans works a treat with @aslina_wines Ndubs Chenin Blanc

- Got a Sweet tooth? 🧁 then you must try our dark chocolate cake & a berry compote with a glass of @klein_goederust Naturally sweet wine

One of the things I’m most grateful for in our marriage, besides our two babes of course, is that my husband gave me the space and support to pursue my passion. And that dream came with SOOO much stress on him, on us, and on our family.

I had this burning desire to heal my own body and understand what was happening in the bodies of others. I followed that calling, and more than twenty years later, I’ve collected a body of work that means the world to me. None of it came without sacrifice.

And somehow, through it all, we raised two amazing athletes, built a beautiful life, and collected a lifetime of memories. I carry so much gratitude for all of it, every single day. ❤️

Napa, Calistoga, and St. Helena has always held such a special place in our hearts, and this trip absolutely knocked it out of the park!

We LOVE Brown Estate. The history, the culture, the family story, and the love poured into their wines. It’s magical. I could listen to those stories all day. #duppyconqueror

We ate some of the best food Napa has to offer, stayed at the cutest boutique hotel tucked away in the St. Helena hills, and soaked up every minute.

From the page to the plate. We brought @carlaphall's new book to life!

We celebrated Carla Bakes at BSH Home Appliances showroom with book-inspired bites and live cooking demos by @chefjoemarshall and @mrbakesweets.

It was an evening filled with great food, good conversation, and plenty @brownestate and @saratogawater. Guests walked away with a signed book and a some @burlapandbarrel!

Thank you to everyone who joined us.

Welcoming October with a grateful heart, coffee, wine, nature, candles, art, music and beautiful new connections.
I'm listening to Minnie Ripperton as I type this and her discography is amazing! Am I the only one who didn't know ? And also the little birdie in the picture perches in that exact spot every morning. It's like he/she is sunning.
Then the bird does these movements that I have decided are yoga sun salutations.🤣. That's what it looks to me. 🤷🏾‍♀️#joiedevivre #vintage #décor #nature #champagne

I had the BEST time at @carlaphall new baking cookbook launch + book signing!

I got to meet Carla for the umpteenth time, enjoyed some of the recipes, and let me tell you… EVERYTHING was amazing!

Now the real question: what am I baking first? 👀

REST IS PRODUCTIVE | Kimmee and I have talked about taking this trip for so long and we finally made it happen.
We've had so many adventures and made so many awesome memories in our 25 years (and counting) of friendship. This one was no different! At this stage in life though, this trip was also about moving at a comfortable pace, experiencing the moments that took our breath away, resting and restoring as needed and just appreciating all the things.

Lucy & Ethel Shenanigans

We are so grateful to Vita at @housleynapa for kicking off our adventures on such a relaxing note. Housley Napa Downtown is laid back and relaxed it was hard to leave!

Shout out to @jamalsips at @brownestate Downtown Napa for educating us beyond our imagination!

John at @domainecarneros was super attentive and charming! The sips and the views were wonderful!

Duchess & Contessa Adventures

The @winetrain experience was beyond our imagination! Music and vibes were impeccable! Food was delectable! Service (Gino) was incredible! The views were unforgettable!

Last, but not least, @thecastello was a sight to behold. Monica was amazingly helpful (thank you for the chocolate pairing tip). Giacomo the Goat showed us how to relax and be fabulous all at the same time. Again, stunning views!

So grateful for @kjmjdma, our many years of friendship, shenanigans and adventures!
