The mother that mothered me is 60 today

Alhamdulillah for the gift of life, grace, and everything in between.
MT baby, thank you for carrying this motherhood with so much grace. Sometimes, I wish I could be half as good a mother as you are to me and my siblings, to my own children. You have loved, nurtured, and sacrificed for us in ways words can never fully express.

I pray that this new year brings forth all your answered prayers and even more blessings from Allah. May all your labour over us, your children, never be in vain.

May Allah bless you with an abundance of everything you need to live a life filled with happiness, peace of mind, good health, and countless blessings. May He continue to strengthen you and grant you many more beautiful years with us.

Happy 60th birthday, Mummy 🎉❤️
Long life and prosperity. We love you dearly.

My babies are back to school 😍😍😍😍
Was a bitter sweet moment for us 🥰😢

They woke up early today all pumped and excited to resume school, as we drove down to school we took pictures, prayed and had a fun drive down to school ✅✅✅

Got to school and reality set in for them and the tears started pouring down 😢😢😢

Samad had to change into his uniform (don’t mind our orange shoe 😩 I forgot baba was going to a new class and would start wearing proper school uniform )

Do I miss my babies ?
Yes and No

Let’s pray for our kids

Fareedah and Abdulsamad Rabiu I pray that God’s protection, guidance , wisdom, knowledge and understanding will be with you as you resume school today and every day of your lives .

I dropped you off today healthy and happy I shall not carry your cor pse out of there, you will not fall sick. No weapon formed against you shall prosper .

The grace and blessing of God will be with you, you shall grow in knowledge, wisdom, patience and courage

God guide and bless your teachers and caregivers with strength, wisdom, patience, love, forgiveness, understanding and knowledge all year round .

Amen 🙏
