Yesterday was fun with all the SMU hype. It is amazing they are getting division one lacrosse. I'm always excited when the landscape of lacrosse changes and I hope they hire Lars Tiffany, however I'm STILL going to @brownu_mlax it's going to take a lot of hours of practice and reps but I'll see you in 5 years Providence!

From the mountains to the locker room.

Our program manager @d_robs12 and expedtion lead @medina_treks had the opportunity to speak with the Brown University Men’s Lacrosse team about Denali, leadership, decision-making under pressure, and what it means to keep moving when things get hard.

Different arena, same principles: prepare relentlessly, trust your team, make the hard decisions, and earn every step forward.

Appreciate the team for having them out. The summit is never given. 🏔️

Best goalie highlight reel of all time?

@jessmckelveyy knows ball.

During our podcast, she mentioned studying tons of goalie highlight reels growing up, so I had to ask which one was her favorite.

Connor Foley was her first pick. Any guesses on the second?

BTW, including a clip of a frustrated coach in your highlight tape is peak 😂

Congratulations to Prime Time 2027 & Fairfield Prep midfielder Barrett Mullahy on his commitment to Brown University!

A dynamic lefty midfielder, Barrett creates offense with his explosive dodging, elite vision, and ability to score on the run. His athleticism and versatility make him a threat between the lines and a complete two-way presence.

A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recruit across all three major recruiting outlets, Barrett ranks #71 nationally by NLF, #88 by Inside Lacrosse, and #100 by Prep Lacrosse in the Class of 2027.

Congrats Barrett, and we’re excited to watch you compete in the Ivy League! #moldingchampions #bears

Brown ‘31

I’m excited and grateful to announce my commitment to the admissions process at Brown University to continue my academic and lacrosse career!

Mom and Dad, thank you for always believing in me and supporting me every step of the way. I wouldn’t be here without your sacrifices and encouragement. To my brothers, Brendan and Finn, thank you for always having my back.

To my Fairfield Prep coaches, Coach Niemi, Coach Epstein, Coach Vallance, Coach McClay, and Coach Fox. Thank you for challenging me, believing in me, and teaching me what it means to be a great teammate. I’m proud to be part of the Prep family.

To my Prime Time coaches, Coach Daniello, Coach Goldman, and Coach Madalon. Thank you for your guidance, for always pushing me to raise my game and having confidence in me. I’m grateful for all the time and effort you’ve invested in me.

Thank you to Coach Carcaterra and Coach McLane for your coaching, honest advice, and support throughout this process.

A special thank you to Raleigh Taylor and Austin Carazo from Boost/Fit Club and Brandon Butler at BElite for helping me get stronger, stay ready, and keep working toward my goals.

To my friends and teammates, thank you for the memories and for making this game mean so much to me.

Finally, thank you to Coach Torpey, Coach Cook, Coach Wisnauskas, Coach Travis, Coach Pozin and the entire Brown University staff for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.
