The anniversary that we never wanted to have 24.02.2022-24.02.2023

1 year of full scale invasion
Of 10th year of war
Of “3 day special military operation”
That lasts 400 years

A glance at my today :

• Couldn’t fall asleep for hours at night as if I didn’t want to wake up again on the 24th of February
• Recalled waking up my family with the words “the war has started” a year ago
• In the morning wanted to say a lot but couldn’t connect the right words. No words felt enough for describing it all.
• We opened dozens of expositions worldwide today @unissued_diplomas
• Met a wonderful journalist from Zaporizhzhia
• Jungled the tasks, people and results from multiple projects, countries and continents
• Caught myself in a loop of a scary throwback to 24.02.2022
• Panicked
• Cried at home
• Cried on a street
• Cried in a bus
• Got proposed to give an interview
• Came to the protest
• Took a microphone and got in such a flow
• Gave 4 or 5 speeches in 3 languages 🇬🇧🇺🇦🇫🇷- мені сказали, що я базувала 😌
• Talked about the only way to peace - through victory - thus, through weapons to Ukraine
• Talked about illegal russia’s presence in the @unitednations and the need to kick it out
• Read the stories of killed friends and friends of friends from @unissued_diplomas project.
• Made people cry
• Cried at a protest
• Gave a motivational speech for Ukrainians to keep fighting and stay active
• Sang Ukrainian songs with others
• Sent russian warship where it belongs
• Spontaneously led a team building at the meeting of Ukrainians at the after event
• Ate popular Ukrainian cake “Napoleon” and shocked French men that we have a cake in Ukraine called after their Napoleon
• Panicked a bit more
• Found out that Prime Minister of Norway 🇳🇴 attended out exhibition @unissued_diplomas and wrote about it but that’s another story

L'édition de la @belle_etoile_skialpi 2023 nous aura encore livré toutes ses promesses 🙌
Mais quel sport! Comme on dit dans le milieu du vrai ski alpinisme, avec tous les composants de la rudesse de ce sport 🤗

La première de la saison en équipe avec mon Yo et une belle deuxième place après deux jours de course très éprouvants 😅

Si je ne perds pas plus de deux doigts par course la suite de la saison va devenir très palpitante et j'ai hâte 👊
