⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “OxFit unlocked the inner athlete I never knew I had.”

Never thought you’d belong in a gym? Neither did they.

Now they’re losing weight, getting stronger, crushing baseline workouts, and discovering what they’re capable of. 💪

45 pounds down. 3 minutes faster. And hungry for more.

That’s what happens when you stop guessing, start following a plan, and realize you’re capable of more than you ever thought possible.

You stop caring about being judged for going on a run. You start caring about being proud of the person you’re becoming.

You don’t have to be an athlete to start. You just have to start.

And who knows? You might unlock an athlete you never knew existed. 🔥

“I never thought I would belong at a gym. Now I’m an athlete.”

Read that again. 🔥

You don’t have to walk through the doors confident. You don’t have to be in shape. You don’t have to know what you’re doing.

You just have to start.

Because somewhere along the way, you stop feeling like someone who doesn’t belong and start becoming someone you never thought you could be.

You don’t have to be an athlete to start. You just have to start.

Your story could be next. 👊

We're just a few days away from the next Auxigen #openaux and YOU 🫵 don't want to miss a second of it! Local legends, itinerant beatmakers, and hidden gems alike all congregate to this open aux for what's ostensibly a free concert for you and a big playground for us. So we'll see you there, Wednesday the 5th at @thinking.man.tavern, 8pm. 🤝 See you soon!

Tomorrow, January 7th, Auxigen makes its return to @thinking.man.tavern. Auxigen is more than a open aux (though we like to pretend we are just one)— Auxigen is a forum for creatives in the beat making and electronic music space to talk to one another about the process of creation, to share the next in-the-know concert one should attend, to present a new piece of hardware or a plug-in that changed the entire outcome... Dare I say a place for us to breathe?

We'll be back at Thinking Man Tavern at 8pm for the opening DJ and 9pm for the open aux. Get there early for your optimal spot on the sign up sheet. Come enjoy a free concert full of music your streaming algorithm isn't cool enough to categorize. See you soon.

Auxigen will return to @thinking.man.tavern January 7th.

You know what that means, right? More open aux shenanigans. If you make music with an electronic instrument (phone, DAW, drum machine, sampler, groove box, turntables), you should be here sharing your music and know-how with your fellow creatives. If you're not a musician, come enjoy a variety concert built by sheer still and creativity the algorithm is too scared to cater towards. Free entry, free to play, free parking, and priceless experiences.

We'll see you on the 7th at 8pm. Sign up early for your optimal spot on the list.

You never know what someone’s going through behind the smiles. Everybody is here for a reason, and not having found yours yet is okay - you will. Just dont stop trying. Keep going. Keep living. Keep breathing. The hole in your chest will soften with time & Joy will come back into your life.. I Promise you this.

In the U.S., suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for ages 10–24 …. Each week we lose 125 youth in this age group - THIS MATTERS. If you need help, call or text 988. WE LOVE YOU. ❤️

One thing about @brutherbrown is that he had to put his foot down. 😤 I've seen his Ableton sessions up close and personal with my own two eyes and can tell you that all his decisions between playing bass, crazy VSTs sourced from the inner depths of the dark web, and the psychedelic sheen of polish on top are all meticulously put together specifically for your ears. If you haven't already, give Bruther Brown a follow and tell him we sent you.

The next Auxigen will be TOMORROW, April 16th from 8pm to midnight at @thinking.man.tavern. Come play your beats, find your next producer, enjoy a free concert, and breathe.
