191! Ever heard of Pictou County? Even though he’s originally from there, Bryson Johnson’s path runs through Waterloo, Ontario’s St. David’s Catholic High School before landing at Bucknell University, where he became a four-year standout and two-year captain under head coach Dave Paulsen. He helped lead the Bison to two NCAA Tournament appearances (2011, 2013) and an NIT trip (2012), finishing 11th in program history with 1,384 career points and earning Second Team All-Patriot League honors.

After college, the 6’2” guard played professionally with the Fraport Skyliners in Germany and spent a season with the Orangeville A’s in Canada’s NBL, before pivoting to coaching. His coaching career has run almost entirely alongside Paulsen: a graduate manager stint at George Mason, an assistant year at Brown, a return to George Mason, then two America East Championship seasons at Vermont, where he helped coach two straight America East Players of the Year. When Paulsen took over at Holy Cross in 2023, Johnson followed as associate head coach — a role he still holds, with Paulsen calling him the best assistant in his 33-year coaching career.

Hiring is not a maybe decision.
If it’s not a “f*** yes,” it’s a no. Every time you ignore that gut feeling, you pay for it in 6 months of misery, missed deadlines, and a team that feels it too.
Raise the bar or lower your expectations. Pick one.

Boats N’ Loans 🚤

We hosted 100 of our top referral partners for a night on the water.

Last year was the biggest year in the history of The Kyle Kelly Group, and we’re on pace to break that record again this year. None of that happens without the incredible people who continue to trust us with their clients, friends, and family.

I don’t take that trust lightly.

To everyone who has supported us, referred us, and helped us grow—thank you. We’re just getting started. THANK YOU!

Great linking up with @bryancohen22 from @fullcourtconstruction today.

From Defensive Player of the Year 🏀 at Bucknell to building 100+ unit apartment buildings in Philadelphia.

The game of basketball has a way of shaping you…discipline, resilience, and a team-first mentality. It’s played a big role in both of our journeys.

Keep going brother 💪

Honored to be invited to speak at Bisnow Philadelphia’s Multifamily Summit alongside such a strong group of panelists. It’s a great opportunity to share what our team at Full Court Construction has been working on and how we’re helping developers navigate today’s construction challenges to keep projects moving forward in a complex market.

Proud of the work our team puts in every day this is truly a reflection of their effort and commitment.

Excited for the conversation and to connect with others in the industry.
