Goodbye to the Magazine that Made me.

I had no idea what what in store for me when I said Yes to Penn State, and Yes again when @autumnxparade asked me to take over as the Creative Director of @valleymag in my Junior year.

4 years of new leaders, new dynamics and new stories, but the one thing that has always stayed consistent has been the love and passion for what we’re doing.

I take with me the creative echoes of @elinor_sf and @zoeltonn as I do the light of @taayjaack, the fire of @zaarasidhu and the revolution of @d_ylan_sm_i_th. The long nights in Borland spent perfecting, and cold days on set spent laughing, and the many moments in between. These experiences colored my college years so vividly in streaks of pink and red. Thank you all for the eternal gift of curiosity, and a creative community.

@sallyahendrickson, the tides have changed and the VALLEY you are getting is not the one you came into. I am overjoyed to see what new life comes of this, and the magazine as it continues to be rewritten.

Thank you to everyone who believed in me, and to everyone who believed in themselves through our work. I love you all in every lifetime!! 🫀
