Guatemala 2026!!
Seeing how the Guatemalan culture differs from the U.S was very eye opening. Breaking the reserved barrier to get many Guatemalan moms/people to open up, be vulnerable and impacted was so moving. This trip really showed how despite the language barrier, you can still reflect the lords love through character and kindness. Even simple interactions by showing people they are seen, loved and valued shows the love of Jesus. Over the course of this trip we saw so many people accept Christ into their lives, give their life to Christ and saw multiple physical healings.

It was so cool to see how the lord prepared me the past 7 months for this trip. Growing in my faith, my theology, apologetics and evangelism. But it was also sooo cool to see how the lord had even been preparing me the past couple of years for this trip. I was able to utilize the musical skills the lord blessed me with and use it to glorify him. I was also able to use my testimony to connect with many individuals in a unique way. He allowed me to step into boldness and a sense of leadership that I hadn’t walked in until now. I’m so grateful that the lord gave me a heart for missions and I’m sooo excited for what the lord has in store for the future!

Thank you to my amazing leaders @addison_mills_ and @rynna.b! Thank you for exemplifying leadership, being patient with me and answering my 100+ questions. Also, big thanks to @raquel____castro and @brybrown5 for the hospitality and leadership from you guys. You two are amazing and I had such great conversations with both of you. Last but not least, thank you to my incredible team. We all served a purpose on this trip and it was so cool to see how the lord put us all to use. I’ve never laughed harder with a group of people in my life. I’m so grateful for the connections we made and I loved serving with everyone of you guys!

This trip reminded me that the Kingdom of God has no borders. In classrooms, in villages, in prayers with strangers who quickly became family — God was there.
I watched faith rise.
I watched students step into their calling.
I watched a woman walk out of her wheelchair.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, God was healing my own heart.

Each student on this trip and every GEO leader — you are not just teammates on a mission trip, you are family to me. God knit our hearts together in Guatemala in a way only He can. I am forever grateful for the laughter, the prayers, the moments of serving together, and the way we saw God move. You will always hold a special place in my heart.

My heart got to do what it loves the most this past week and I will never be able to thank God enough for this opportunity! My team could not have been more perfectly hand picked by God, each and every one of us were needed for a specific part of this trip.

Forever saying “YES!” to what God calls me to. Guatemala will always have a piece of my heart. Just in awe of all that God can do 🤍🇬🇹! This trip changed so many lives including mine. I’ll never be the same, what God did in these people, in my team, and in me is unforgettable. How great though art.

Going to Guatemala was a step in obedience where I didn’t understand why the Lord wanted to send me. But truly I have been changed since I’ve step foot there. I have never seen people with such childlike faith and trust in the Lord as the woman in Guatemala. This trip has taught me so many things and will always have a place in my heart.

I wouldn’t have picked a different team to go with, the Holy Spirit was truly with us in every moment of this trip. Every person on my team has a special place in my heart, though there was a lot of us it doesn’t change my love for each person I have. As we walked in obedience the Lord moved— from praying over his children and seeing miracle healing I could never return back the same. I want to tell everyone do not ever doubt what the Lord will do but walk in faithfulness and he will deliver you.

The woman you see in the 7th picture was getting prayed over in a wheelchair. She was then walking afterwards. Faith will never go unseen by the Lord. He has moved in so many ways on this trip I couldn’t summarize in a caption. There was a highlight in miracle healing for this trip and fruitfulness. I want to thank my geoleaders @rynna.b @addison_mills_ @molly_ktw for being sensitive to the spirit and giving him space to move. For many of us in this trip, it was a launching pad for what the Lord wants to work through us.

And thank you to @onemorechild for giving us a space to serve and @brybrown5 for leading us through the area as well. You truly walk in Gods calling for you and it’s beautiful.

This team was filled with love, familiness, gentleness, and friendships. I’ve learned so much just from the people around me. I love each and every one of you in your uniqueness and the way the Lord is working through you. Late night talks and shared testimonies has bonded us in so many ways. God will continue his works even after this trip. Maranatha come Lord Jesus. 🫶🏼🇬🇹✝️

GUATEMALA🇬🇹

The best way that I could describe this trip is refreshing for the soul. This was a trip of healing and restoration. This team endured sickness and spiritual warfare, but every hardship was worth the souls that were touched by the power of the Gospel.

Thank you Addison, Rynna, and Molly for leading this trip with humility and sensitivity to the presence of God.

Thank you @brybrown5 and @raquel____castro for taking on this team, and being so intentional not only in your ministry but also in your relationship with the team.

@onemorechild the ministry that you do is incredible, and I am honored to have even been a small part of it.

I have never laughed more with a group of people than this team. Each member is so unique, and I cannot wait to see each one of them live out the tremendous calls that are on their lives.

⚽️ Every life is important and every person has a purpose. This belief is what drives me to be the best coach possible - not even in strategy or in X’s and O’s - but in loving kids and people where they’re at and being a positive voice and influence on them.

This year’s soccer team is no different!

I’m blessed and fortunate to be coaching an amazing group of Kings! Their energy, joy and laughter keep me young and I love pouring myself out for them.

Because maybe it’s just soccer coaching, and that’s okay, but I could be an authority figure they remember for years to come and that opportunity drives me to show up and be there for them.

As they looked back from the Johnson University cross country starting line they didn’t know how many hills there were going to be or how many valleys. I trust that we have trained them up in the way they should go so they can face the challenges that life will throw their way confidently and with Christ-like character.

Best Mother’s Day yet! Muffins with Mom was sweet then we finally had a sunny day for PE! We had a blast camping with our new rig right on the river in Townsend. We rode bikes up and down the trail, through the skills park and the big boys rode up the mountain. Dear friends met us for a picnic and the weather couldn’t have been better.

To top it off, when I was tucking Daxen into bed, he asked how he can let Jesus into his heart! We prayed together and praise the Lord, he is saved! What an honor on this Mother’s Day. 🙌🥹🥰
