6 months ago I decided to test myself by starting prep. I wanted to see if I could push my body to its limit, and fully commit. The past 6 months have been tough, it’s been a complete lifestyle change. The past 6 months I’ve tracked every bite I consumed to the gram, fought the cravings, did my cardio everyday, pushed my body to where I didn’t know I could take it. But it all payed off ❤️

To Adrean, thank you for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Thank you for learning how I work and how my body reacts and helping me get through prep in the way absolute best for me. Thank you for the hard talks, the motivational texts and truly pushing me to the girl I was on stage.

Bailee, thank you. I would not have gotten through prep without you. Going from a coworker, to my best friend, workout buddy and your first client as a posing coach. You understand me, and know just the way to motivate me. I seriously would not have been on stage without you.

My Mom, thank you for learning all about this crazy sport and supporting me 100%. Hearing about every new workout, the extra cardio the new meals I made to keep it fun. Every phone call just talking about my new lifestyle and how challenging it is. Thank you for flying across the country for my 5 minutes of fame. And thanks for 80% of my athletic genes ;)

Bryce, thank you for being my biggest cheerleader throughout all of this. For always supporting me, even when I was depleting and VERY hangry. You never got mad, you always made sure I knew how proud of me you were. I love you

To my Family and Friends, thank you for all the support. For my cheering squad, all the posters, and all the texts of encouragement I’ve gotten. ❤️

Now it’s time to build and Mature these muscles. We’re not done 🏆
