NIGHT 2 AT THE ARMORY FOR SHAW HOCKEY!🐺

4 more 12U and 14U teams hit the Armory last night for their weekly off-ice training, and the energy was off the charts!

Here’s what the night included:
✔️ Skating, skills & 4v4 on synthetic ice
✔️ Stickhandling, passing & face-off review
✔️ Speed, agility & strength work in our gym

This is what complete hockey athlete development looks like: athletic foundation-building, hockey-specific skills focus, weekly consistency, all under one roof.

So proud of these SHAW athletes for showing up and putting in the work. Hard work pays off! 💪

No gym? No problem! Here is a program that can be done with or without a gym. If weights are not available use items around the house to substitute for dumbbells!

The program will focus on mobility and strength to not only make you a better hockey player but a better athlete as well.

After 12 weeks you’ll be ready for fall warm ups and stride ahead come the start of the season!
