This is Botrini’s Santorini, Michelin-starred Ettore Botrini’s fine-dining restaurant in Oia, Santorini, Greece. This 8 table restaurant sits perched on one of the most scenic spots along the island’s infamous caldera bay for an unforgettable sunset tasting.
Specializing in contemporary Mediterranean and modern Greek cuisine with a personal Cycladic twist, turning top-quality Aegean and local ingredients into creative, highly technical dishes full of soul and storytelling in an 11 course tasting menu.
Fave dish: The Briam, a delicate vegetable tart made with chickpea-flour dough, olive oil phyllo, Kariki cheese (uniquely aged for several months inside a hollowed-out bottle gourd), and bright fresh local vegetables & herbs. It’s a standout dish that captures the restaurant’s precise and inventive style.

Big thank you to their warm front of house team for hosting such a large group of us and thank you, executive chef Ettore Botrini, head chef @george_skopelitis and the team for curating delightful and flavorful dishes.

B got married in Greece! 🇬🇷😭💍

Not enough words in my 6 and a half minute speech could encapsulate all the love that was felt this week. (To a point we couldn’t even get a single photo together!)

If Bryn and Austin’s relationship has shown me anything, it is that you absolutely, 110%, can have it all.
You CAN do the distance, you CAN build the business, you CAN travel the world, you CAN live in multiple countries, you CAN really have it all and do it with the person you love. If they are meant for you, nothing will get in the way.

And nothing about this wedding was short of worthy of a Vogue feature. I couldn’t imagine a better way to capture these two beautiful people.

Cheers to two of my favorite humans on the planet in truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Here’s to happily ever after 🫶🏽
