POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Behind every impressive gym trick are approximately 47 failed attempts, uncontrollable laughter, and two grown women making questionable life decisions. 💀😂

We may be athletes, but that doesn’t mean we have any business attempting half the things we see on Instagram.

The highlight reels are cool, but THIS is where the real fun happens. 🤣

Find yourself a gym bestie who matches your level of unhinged. 🖤

Because apparently regular CrossFit isn’t enough for us anymore. 🤸🏼‍♀️😂

Saw a fun little trick on Instagram and naturally decided we needed to try it.

One handstand, one human launching pad, and a whole lot of trust in Brynn. 💀

At this point, we’re just two grown women with questionable ideas and enough athletic ability to make them happen. 🤣

10/10 would absolutely try another ridiculous trick.

Social media: Nailed it on the first try. 😎

Reality: 47 failed attempts, questionable coordination, and two athletes refusing to accept defeat. 😂

Because apparently being competitive means we can’t even do something FUN without turning it into a full-blown challenge.

The highlight reel is cute, but the bloopers are where the real entertainment lives. 🤪

Had a great time watching some amazing coaches and members compete. Congrats to them all. From the great hotel, to the venue on the beach and the weather with the wonderful company I could not have had it another other way.

Leaving WZA ‘26 a very proud coach!

One 1st Overall and two 2nd Overall finishes for CFLV. Behind those results were months of hard work and I’m proud of every athlete who stepped onto that competition floor. I get to see the effort these athletes put in every week, so watching them bring it all together means a lot.

Seeing them support each other, celebrate each other’s wins, and show up for each other all weekend made it even better. Everyone had their own competition to focus on but still made time to be there for their teammates. That says everything about this crew!

To our CFLV community: thank you for being in our corner and supporting this team. Whether you were cheering in person, following along from home, or supporting these athletes every day in the gym, you’re part of this too. We are lucky to have you!

Also a big shout to my fellow coaches, Shea & Blade, who helped make this weekend possible by helping me support all of these athletes. There is no one way I could have done it alone and I appreciate all of your great coaching!

Now please show these athletes some love in the comments! 👇
