Breakfast, friends, a packed gym—and such a good reminder from Craig and Molly about something every one of us knows: worry.

Grades. Sports. Friends. Family. The future. The little things that somehow feel really big. There’s no shortage of things to be anxious about.

But Philippians 4:6–7 gives us another way:
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.”

PRAYER. Its simply talking to God about what's on your mind. No formula, just real conversation. And everything really does mean everything. The big stuff and the small stuff. The things we can control and the things we can’t.

And don’t miss what comes next: GRATITUDE. Look around and thank Him for all He has done in your life.

Instead of allowing your mind to stay fixed on everything that could go wrong, remember who God is, notice what He has already done and bring what’s weighing on you to Him.

And then comes the PROMISE, “Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand…”

His peace will guard your hearts and minds when you bring it all to Him.

*Huge thanks to our amazing student photographer, @everett.flics, who took a number of the pics and our community partners, @chickfilaplymouthmn and Dunkin' in Plymouth.
