WARNING…….❌❌❌……WARNING……❌❌❌ These won’t drop until All my trainees/mentees grab theirs first!
🌟🌟🌟🌟i need y’all help too🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
🔴The goal is to make sure their taken care of first because I trusted my gut and decided to start my business and ran with 6 kids in 2016 while training to Go to the NFL, you can see in from 2 previous post the kids i first started with in the right. 🔻Then it blew up 2016-2018, then I stopped to get my cert because a great mentor of mine who always challenged to continue to do things the right way. (@skylarsaar thank you for that!)

🔻From 2018-2020 I was fully invested in traveling CFL tryouts I had it all set and planned it out. Got in a car accident had a concussion pretty bad but recovered for the first time I understood what it was like to recover the right way from a concussion and not just being told (put your hoodie on your head and try to stay away from the bright light on your phone, your tv and iPad but yet your in college and all of these things are necessary for your success…… ok

🔻However i always got the chance to venture outside of football and explore my interest, still exploring my talents and capabilities but have made progress. I am stopping to smell my roses before it gets out of hand and I look back and think I never celebrated or reflected on the motion because i was stuck on motion and now I can see the real progress.

🔻2020-2023 I have invested time into this craft sometimes I admire how far I’ve come and forget how hard it truly is to do these things while doing life. Being an entrepreneur in the trainer business, mental wellness, mentorship, motivational guidance, health and longevity.

🔻Often times i felt myself getting bored with How talented and gifted I am in these areas that I haven’t stopped and appreciated. (Pause1.2,) okay back to work!
🔻Remembering where you come from reminds you of the time you prayed to be where you are so it reminds you how different you truly are to be where you dreamed of and never appreciated your steps but you remember praying for it!!!! Take nothing for granted not even the devil because he’s the reason your armor is so strong and impenetrable!!
