Soooooo, I decided to start juicing to get healthy as I don't eat as many vegetables as I should, so I figured this would be the best way to do it. First I love my Kuvings juicer auto 10 plus. Da bomb quiet no foam man the best investment I've made this year! 🤩🥕🥬🥒 #Juicing #Health #Vegetables #Kuvings #Juicer

As March came to an end, my birthday month was all that and more. I am so grateful God allowed me another year on this earth. I want to say thanks to all of my family and a plethora of friends who showed up and surprised me. My son's family, nieces, and girlfriends. Thanks to my host at the Cosmopolitan for the wrap around suite and Champagne and cupcakes. The catering @chinosburgers_ food was fire. All the lovely gifts and the picture board my sis in law made @sheltonfam5 it's beautiful. Thanks, everyone.

I read a post on forgiveness yesterday and these are my thoughts on the subject. Thank you Lisa.

Forgiveness is a powerful Universal Law that will change your life!

Forgiveness isn't about others, it's ALL about you, and, what you think, and what you feel! Forgiveness isn't about condoning people's behavior toward you, it's about not letting their actions hold you in bondage. Forgiveness frees you to be. It frees you to focus your energies on what you want to experience in your life, verses what you don't.

Forgiveness makes room for what you want to manifest and gives it permission to make its way into your life. Forgiveness works in tandem with the Universal Law of Space. You see, no two things can occupy the same space at the same time. Forgiveness will create that space.

Let’s look at unforgiveness. Unforgiveness is me drinking poison and gleefully watching and waiting for you to die. Never realizing that I AM the one who’s dying slowly inch by inch. Unforgiveness is self-divisiveness.

“…And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand...” KJV ~ Mark 3:25.

That divided house is you! And be under no illusion, it permeates every facet of your life. Relationships, career, finances health, wealth, love, personal expression and the list goes on and on.

Perhaps your inability to calm your mind and heal your body is unforgiveness showing up in your life. Or always being looked over for a promotion or being taken for granted or not getting the part when you know that you are better than the person it was given to. Or your money is always funny and in very short supply. This is a life that has a hard time standing because it is divided against itself.

Forgiveness frees your mental and emotional real estate for peace and calm to reign supreme which eradicates self-divisiveness. Healing that division within you makes you strong and able to stand and move forward with direction and purpose.

Forgiveness starts with you and only you. You can’t forgive anyone or anything until you truly know what forgiveness feels like.
Forgive yourself, so that you can let go of your past, and live fully in YOUR now!

Blessings,
Dr. Wendy
