There are days that quietly remind us of something we take for granted every single day: our health. Few days ago I visited a general surgeon, and Alhamdulillah, everything is fine now. But sitting in that hospital, surrounded by so many people waiting for their turn, I realized how quickly life can change. Some were in pain, some were anxious, and some were simply praying for good news. It made me think... We spend so much time chasing money, careers, success, followers, and goals that we often forget the blessing that makes all of it possible: good health. Without good health, even the simplest blessings become difficult. Eating comfortably becomes a blessing. Sleeping peacefully becomes a blessing. Even standing for Salah and praying with focus becomes a blessing. Alhamdulillah for every healthy morning we wake up to. Alhamdulillah for every pain-free step we take. Alhamdulillah for every breath we don't even notice. Today wasn't just a hospital visit—it was a reminder to be grateful before life forces us to be. May Allah grant complete health, healing, and peace to everyone who is fighting an illness, whether visible or hidden.
