“The previous setup featured our Precision Turbo Next GEN 8385 turbocharger, producing over 1,600 horsepower at 82 psi. That combination consistently delivering 7-second runs, with a personal best of 7.60-second run at nearly 200 mph—all on a cast block, without nitrous, and backed by an H-pattern transmission.

Now, Mean Green enters its next evolution with a Precision Turbo Next GEN 86mm PROMOD turbocharger. The new combination is currently being finalized, with fresh dyno numbers and track results coming soon. This turbo is capable of producing 1900hp with customers running low 7s at plus 200mph.

Brad has owned and raced this Talon since 1999, balancing family life, business, and building one of the quickest street-based DSMs around.

His son, Talon, has become a big part of the project, while Nate at TPG Tuning has spent more than 20 years refining the combination.

The @stockturbo_evo8 1 Evo getting into 2026 Race Season form. This on a @xonarotor/ @tialsport @bs_fab 7475 Turbo kit, @magnus_motorsports Stage 4 Dry Sump, @tunedbyshawn on the laptop.

Evo update - Last year we had some issues with custom pistons and rings not being up to standards causing a lot of oil burn issues. Took the engine back to Aric Schnase and got some new pistons and the whole engine checked over. We were also having some oil drop issue with Oem oil pump so dry sump was the next move and we got it done. Car is back together with refreshed engine and 4 stage Magnus dry sump.

Still rocking the refreshed Xona Rotor 7475 and plan on going with E98 fuel with some nitrous on top 😎

Tuned by Shawn behind the keys got the first start on the dot and engine all broken in. Next up retorque the studs and send it to the moon.
