Yesterday was my last shift as lead bartender of Crustacean Beverly Hills. Over the past seven years I have learned so much about my craft, worked with some of the most talented people in the industry, and Served guests from all around the world. It has been an honor to work for the An family and it breaks my heart to think that this restaurant will be shutting its doors in the next few days and we will be losing what is in my estimation one of the greatest restaurants in the state of California.
