May 2015 vs. Today, July 2024 - I was bedridden for at least a year and lost 22lbs. The photo on the left was taken on the first day I finally had enough energy to leave my house and to move my body. I weighed 108lbs…

Comparison 2:
May 2019 vs. Today, July 2024 - This comparison gets me so excited!! 🤩It demonstrates 5 years of GROWTH. Despite the flare ups, the fatigue, the pain, and the tears, I have been well enough build muscle AND maintain it. 💪🏻
