🎉 BEN HIT 100 SESSIONS! LET’S GO! 💪

Ben is one of our 9:30AM regulars, and honestly, since day one, the class just wouldn’t be the same without him!

He puts in the work every single session—and it shows. We’ve watched him gain so much strength and confidence in the gym, and we couldn’t be prouder of the progress he’s made.

But one of our favorite things about Ben is that while we’re busy cheering him on, he’s one of everyone else’s biggest cheerleaders too. He’s always encouraging the people around him to push a little harder, grab a heavier dumbbell, or maybe jump just a little higher on that box. 💪

And when things don’t go exactly as planned? He’s always willing to laugh at himself. Because really… deadlifts and rows DO look an awful lot alike. 😂

Ben, we think you’re awesome! Your hard work, encouragement, and personality make the 9:30 crew better, and we’re so thankful to have you at Renegade.

100 down! Keep crushing it, buddy! 👊

Just a reminder to not take your workouts too seriously all the time. ✌🏼

Lift heavy. Get sweaty. And have fun.

And remember - Burpees are better with a cat walk. 🐈

Reunion was a blast, and it was because of the people!
I'm not generally a selfie taker, but forced myself to get as many as I could.

And thanks for the coffee, Ben.
