Had an amazing time at @jjworldleague yesterday! Awesome team, incredible matches, and valuable lessons learned. Everyone should be super proud - the vibes are perfect, and we're more than just a team, we're family. We train, grow, and compete together. I'm grateful for our team and proud of my kids' progress in this sport. @renzogracieorlando #jiujitsu #bjj #renzograciejiujitsu #orlando #jjwl

Breaking in the new mat space at the academy! Come by and join the squad. It’s not a team, it’s a family. Let’s grow and have the community we all need in life, have a good time and learn some self defense. Here at @renzogracieorlando
Yay yay!!
Another great class and awesome training.

Thankful to be part of a great group of individuals!

I’m beyond grateful for so many things…it’s hard to put into words. This was my first birthday here, in the USA 🇺🇸. I felt the love from across the continent today and had so many nice messages from so many amazing people.

I was taken back to say the least….. between the 41 minute shark tank, homemade pie and cookies being delivered to the club with balloons and a nice dinner with the team and an inflatable shark 🦈 cheering you on while the rest of the class tries to crush you…… lol that’s how!

Thank you to everyone that took the time to message, call, FaceTime, and/or just be with me today. You guys are awesome!😎
