Happy Sunday!
Here is a a little look into our contemporary level 3 class at Beyond the Barre. Students in this class range in ages from 10-13. We are currently working on fall and recovery, floor work, improvisation, body awareness, spiral movements, and the use of momentum. We have the pleasure of having @adarackerson as our student teacher assisting @evarae82. Adara is not only an incredibly talented contemporary and commercial dancer she is also a student of our Professional Training Division program here at BtB. We are thrilled to have her working with us this semester and look forward to watching her teaching skills develop further.

Happy Sunday!
“Sunday is a time when you sit back and reflect on all the blessings that you have received. Smile at all the good things that you are enjoying.”
— Sera Train

We hope you have a restful Sunday preparing your mind and body for the dance week ahead. Here is a little glimpse at some of our Professional Training Division students who train up to 20+ hours a week on their craft. Working with @evarae82 and @jhae1in they are working on refining their technique with intensional clarity of movement. We look forward to seeing their continued progress throughout the season.

We have another BtB dancer who has achieved her pointe shoe goal! Congratulations to our Beginning Pre-Professional Student Beatrice on her hard work and dedication in each of her classes. Her technique has developed even in the first few weeks of classes. We are excited to see where this new chapter takes her. Congratulations!
