✨ INTRODUCING RACHAEL | WELCOME TO THE SELF LOVE CLUB FAMILY ✨

Some people just have the most beautiful souls, and Rach is one of them. 🤍🌿

Rachael is a dear friend of ours, a truly pure-hearted, empowering woman with so much love, passion and goodness to share with the world. She is a beautiful reminder of what it means to lift others up, empower those around you and lead with kindness. ✨

We’re incredibly proud and excited to welcome Rach onto the Self Love Club family, where she’ll be bringing her own skills, passions and ideas to help us continue growing something truly special for our community. 🧡

Alongside her own work, Rach will be collaborating with us to bring some beautiful workshops and opportunities to our community, creating spaces for connection, creativity, self-growth and empowerment.

Self Love Club has always been about bringing good people together, sharing our gifts and creating a space where everyone feels welcome, supported and valued. Having Rach as part of this journey makes us so excited for what’s to come!

Here’s to women supporting women, growing together and creating something meaningful with people who share the same heart. 🌻✨

We’re so proud to have you as part of the team

Please give a big Sister & Soul welcome to the fabulous Rachael 💜🙌🏼

Hi I’m Rachael! After becoming a mum myself, I realised there was a massive gap between the glossy version of motherhood we’re sold and the messy, complicated, funny, lonely, ragey and brilliant reality of it.

So I created BWAB: a space where mums can come exactly as they are. No pressure to be positive, no pretending we’ve got our shit together and absolutely no judgement.

Through sharing circles, creative workshops and events, BWAB brings women together to talk about the stuff we don’t always get to say out loud — identity, relationships, body image, grief, rage, friendship, resilience and everything in between.

Because doing modern motherhood alone clearly isn’t f*king working.

I’m so excited to be bringing BWAB to sister & soul and creating even more opportunities for mums to connect, b*tch & heal.

#REPOST @btchwithababy

One week down, so it’s time to remind you about next weeks workshop which I’ll be co-hosting with my gorgeous friend @sophieredinpaulus as we discuss the theme of body “positivity” - what is actually means to us versus what the media portray it as.

We’ll also we getting arty as we experiment with different materials such a acrylic, ink, water colour, pencil and pastel to do some mark making - to reflect our own glorious bodies.

Link in bio, hope you can make it! X

MONDAY 27th JULY 🌱🦋🙌🏻💫

@btchwithababy
Look in the mirror and see her. The woman who has carried so much, loved so deeply, and kept going even on the days she felt exhausted, burnt out, and not enough. Motherhood can leave us feeling worn down, but your reflection is also a reminder of everything you’ve achieved. See your strength. See your beauty. See the incredible person you are. Love yourself, because you deserve that same love you give to everyone else. ❤️

NOW THEN! Here lies our next event.

The theme will be embracing our broken parts, and realising just how bloody beautiful they really are. The activity will be Bingo’s take on Kintsugi - the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with golden laquer. 🇯🇵

There’ll be optinal sharing at the beginning with a check in and then some prompts around celebrating ourselves, our stories and our battle scars… link in bio ✨
