As a warning- I did a full review on peptides and general pharmaceuticals when picking a clinic/peptide/IV vendor. Be careful what you put in your body. After investigation it was clear that @pwrclinics were properly tested and their pharmacy network is top notch. When you put stuff in your body, don’t look for the cheapest option, find the best product. #clinic #peptides #ufcgym

The Trainer Shortage No One’s Talking About
When Covid hit, the personal training industry took one of its hardest hits in history. Nearly 50% of career trainers left the field.

That’s not just a loss for trainers—it’s a massive gap in our nation’s health. Millions of people lost access to expert guidance, accountability, and programs that actually get results.

Filling that gap starts with education. We need systems and tools that make it easier for trainers to design effective, client-focused programs that deliver real, lasting change. Because a good trainer doesn’t just help someone get fit—they can change the trajectory of someone’s life.
@rampbygymdoctor is a perfect example of this.

Strong Organizations Run on Connection and Clarity
The best organizations aren’t just teams of people working side by side—they’re unified by a shared understanding of culture, values, and mission.

@bthomas4653 breaks this down on our podcast in this excellent snippet.

When everyone knows the “why” behind the work, every decision, conversation, and action moves in the same direction. This alignment fuels trust, reduces friction, and creates a culture where people are motivated not just to do their job but to excel at it.

Polarization here doesn’t mean division—it means a clear magnetic pull toward a common purpose. That’s what makes an organization truly great.

GLP-1s + No Strength Training = Muscle Loss You Can’t Afford 💪⚠️

GLP-1 medications (like semaglutide) can be powerful tools for weight loss — but here’s the part no one talks about enough:
When you lose weight without strength training, you’re not just losing fat… you’re losing muscle too. And muscle is your body’s metabolic engine.

Less muscle = lower metabolism = harder to keep the weight off long-term.

That’s why resistance training isn’t optional on GLP-1s — it’s essential. It preserves lean muscle mass, keeps your metabolism firing, and helps you look and feel strong, not just smaller.

Think of your body like a campfire:
• Muscle is the big, solid logs — they burn hot and steady for hours.
• Fat is like kindling — it burns fast but disappears quickly.
When you diet without lifting, you’re throwing away the big logs and just burning twigs. The fire dies out, and so does your metabolism.
Strength training makes sure you keep those logs while shedding the excess brush.

At MASA, we believe in more than just weight loss — we believe in building a body that’s strong, resilient, and metabolically healthy for life.
