Two months ago, I had the honor to walk for the very gifted @allysribbons ,
For Japan Fashion Week

After many months of training and preparation, our team of over 30 models, coaches, hairstylists, makeup artists, and photographers came together to represent the many Indigenous communities of Manitoba all the way in Japan .
Not only did we participate in an all indigenous showcase but we also had the opportunity to have a round dance ceremony at the Canadian / Japanese Embassy .

I’m still so grateful for this experience and for everyone who made it possible.
