600 lives to see another day

Squat: 217.5 kg/ 480 lbs (+2.5 kg meet PR)
Bench: 137.5 kg/ 303lbs (+15 kg meet PR)
Deadlift: 265 kg/ 584lbs (+2.5 kg meet PR)

74.8 kg bodyweight

Had a blast in NOLA. Ate a lot of beignets and lifted. Thanks to @jplifts423 for being a great coach and handler. First squat was 424 lbs beltless (I forgot to clip my belt). Rolling down the hill was very fun!

Collegiate Nationals 2026 🌟

Squat 105/231
Bench 57.5/128
Deadlift 137.5/303

Cool trip and meet. Definitely had higher numbers in mind, with missing my 248lb attempt on third squat and just benching my meet pr. I guess my body takes slower to recover from 7 weeks ago lol. Happy to have broke into the 300s for deadlifts after a while. Was with amazing people!! and grateful for this opportunity always. Not sure when I’ll compete next, imma keep pushing these numbers.

COLLEGIATE NATIONALS RECAP!

51.62kg BW
Total: 255kg

9/9
Squat- 87.5kg/193lbs (+4lbs ATPR)
Bench- 60kg/132lbs
Deads- 107.5kg/237lbs (+11lbs ATPR)

Didn’t hit the higher PRs we wanted but after puking all morning and feeling like death, I’ll take it. Thank you to Jason and ibuprofen for getting my shit together. And thank you to my team (including adi’s mom) for the amazing support, making me pee laugh literally the entire time, and making this such a rememberable trip. I LOVE BUPL SO MUCH ❤️🤍
