15yrs ago today - Winnie pops, my deaf whippet ❤️🐶

When we @lawlorwithano adopted Winnie (previously missy) @dogstrust_ire told us she’d probably never be able to be let off-lead.
They underestimated my little lady, 6 months in and she was doing agility and honestly she has never left my side on her walks. At 16yrs young I can honestly say she maybe deaf but of all my fur babies she’s 💯 the most reliable off lead, at home, in life. My BFF

(I know she’s deaf, no idea why I’m screaming instructions 🙈😂)

Not as fast as she once was but still my little rockstar ❤️🐶

The Open Year 5 📌

Since watching the CrossFit Games Docs on Netflix and then walking into Crossfit Bua in 2021 I’ve dove head first into this sport and haven’t looked back.

It let me to an internship that led to a coaching then management role before moving to the other side of the world 🌎

The open has been one of my favorite times of year in the gym. Having the pleasure of competing, coaching and managing each event each year has made so many fond memories that I will never forget.

Here’s to many more 🤝
