❤️ HEARTS WIDE OPEN CHANTING RETREAT 🇦🇺 — Just one and a half months away ❤️

These gatherings are so much more than music. They are an invitation to slow down, come home to yourself, open your heart, sing your prayers, and remember the beauty of being alive and sharing this journey together.

A few days to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the medicine of music, movement, stillness, nature and community.

To be human. To be vulnerable. To laugh, to cry, to sing, to connect. To remember that we don’t have to walk this path alone. ❤️

We believe these experiences should be accessible to everyone, so we’ve created three pricing tiers to support different financial circumstances. We want you to feel welcome, whatever your situation.

If something in your heart is calling you, we’d love to welcome you into this circle. 🙏🏼

Come as you are.

We can’t wait to sing, pray and share this beautiful space with you. ❤️

No singing experience needed
No solos

Like the song says: “Do the things that bring me joy”.
I have been taking the new Japanese crayons we have added to the store for a spin at Life Drawing. They are more like a pencil than a crayon… just unusual beasties that are lovely to create with. Subtle crayons if you will.

This was an epic session with our model @bubaloofahy at Dynamic drawing. She’s usually on the drawing side of the table, and gave us many magic drawing moments!

@dynamicdrawingclass is every Thursday morning in Brunswick Heads.

🎨ARTIST OF THE WEEK🎨
This week we have another video that’s a little bit different sharing our model and class experience: @bubaloofahy who is usually a regular drawer here!

🌟 Last week we had such a magical class! There was such a beautiful and powerful energy in the room. Bubaloo shared such an authentic and joyful part of herself as a model and we all got to feel and experience the creative expression that moved through us.
We journeyed with the Music, with the Art and in connection to each other. Art truly is the medicine and it was an honour to get to receive Bubaloo in her power as a model, we can’t wait to do it again!

see you all in class tomorrow!💖🎨

🎨 ARTIST OF THE WEEK! ✨

Welcome to WEEK 2 of this little series! This time we have Bubaloo, a long time member of Dynamic Drawing and an incredible artist that has shared much of her work over the years and continues to come back to her creative practice🎨

In this interview she explores her mark making as medicine, the discovery of inner territories, bringing in the principles of yoga and the practice of naked awareness.
It’s been so special to have Bubaloo back with us regularly in class and we look forward to more of her art!💖

Leave a comment on this post and share how her work makes you feel! 🙌

See you all tomorrow!

What a year for our inaugural Yoga Teacher Training Graduates of 2025! ⚡

What an adventure. What a crew. What a transformation.
What a year for all of us.

To our incredible graduates you showed up, dug deep, asked brave questions, softened where needed and strengthened where it mattered.

From early mornings on the mat to big “aha” moments off it, you’ve embodied the practice in every sense. We couldn’t be prouder watching you step forward as confident, grounded yoga teachers ready to serve in your own unique way.

And now… we’re feeling the buzz for 2026 🔥
If you’ve been quietly (or not so quietly) feeling the nudge to deepen your practice, expand your skills and be part of a supportive, heart-led community, this is your sign.

Next year’s training is shaping up to be something really special, and we can’t wait to welcome the next wave of teachers onto the mat.

Here’s to growth, connection and the magic that happens when you say YES.

2026 Yoga Teacher Training, we’re ready for you.
