From little giggles to grown-up belly laughs, there's something about bubbles that brings out the silliness and joy in us all! 💖🫧

We've had a fantastic couple of days at @theshowmansshow , spreading smiles, sharing the bubble magic and reminding everyone that you're never too old to play!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by and joined in the fun. We can't wait to do it all again next year! 🫧✨

Day 1 of The Discovery Festival @docadevizes
We saw bubbles as big as our dreams, played parlour games, saw a gramophone dj, watched artists and dancers, got wet with hydro punk play, listened to many different types of music created by brilliant people. What a great day - how lucky we are to have this on an October weekend… we get round 2 today.

Looking back on our 50th Birthday Celebrations!

As we start to head into October, we wanted to take a moment to look back on the amazing final day of Caxton House’s 50th birthday celebrations on Sunday 30th August!

What better way to celebrate 50 years of community than with a fantastic Family Fun Day filled with laughter, activities, music, food and plenty of smiles! 🎈

We were also delighted to welcome a special visit from the Mayor of Islington, who joined us to help celebrate this incredible milestone and cut our Caxton House Cake!

And of course, the excitement continued with a visit from the fire service and their fire engine.

It was a wonderful day bringing our community together and celebrating 50 years of Caxton House — made possible by our amazing volunteers, staff, partners, supporters and everyone who came along to celebrate with us.

Here’s to 50 years of memories, friendships, creativity and community — and to many more years to come!

Doing our thing at IAAPA Expo Europe 🫧✨

The best part of this week has been meeting so many lovely people and seeing their faces light up when they experience the bubbles. Every “wow!” has made our day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by! 💙

It’s the final day in London, and we’re already hoping to do it all again in Vienna next year! 🇦🇹

This is level 40 🥹🎊

A few more whites, a few more wrinkles, lots more joy, and even more counting my blessings 🥹 And really, who cares about any of that when, on the inside, I still feel like I stopped somewhere around 27–28…despite what the mirrors insist on telling me, what do they know 😅

Incredibly blessed to have spent it with my best friend and family, even if I was completely crushed after my daughter’s birthday the day before 🥲😌 never minding that little Virgo stealing my thunder ✨

Luckily, it also happened to coincide with the wonderfully fun Chilli Fest at @waddesdonmanor_nt - always looking for a good excuse to take a long walk around here, especially with that most beautiful 🏰 backdrop. More about the festival in my stories, but if you’re around today, pop by - it’s day 2 and the final day of the fest! 🌶️🌶️🌶️

The perfect way to round off the summer holidays 🥰

Here’s to a new decade 🙃🥂

P.S. Joining my kids’ little @lolas_cupcakes birthday 🎈 tradition with the perfect little floral 🎂 - so fitting for this transition season 💚 And the accidental @merimeriparty background decorations from Amelie’s party 😂…too cute a little corner not to document a few pixels 🤭🙃
